Synopsis: “Don’t you think someone might miss him—that man we found?” Meredith asked. “He must have a family, someone who wonders day after day where he is and whether he’s safe and why he left. I know what that’s like to wait and wait for someone who never comes home.”
Gale gaped at her.
Meredith said, “Someone needs to know he’s never coming home.”
***
In the summer of 92, Gale and Meredith find the body of a dead black man in the river of their all-white hometown. They go for help, but when the search doesn’t turn up a body, Meredith’s father, the police chief, accuses them of making it all up. That night, Gale runs away from home, turning Meredith’s whole world inside out.
Thirteen years later, Meredith finds Gale’s picture in a magazine. Desperate to make sense of her life, she tracks him down and invokes a childhood promise that will lead them back home.

Excerpt from Reprieve by Celeste Hollister:

“It took all of twelve hours from the time I found your picture in GQ to getting your address from Ceravolo’s assistant,” she said.
        “Your point?” Gale asked.
She bit down her frustration. “Okay, so maybe you just had to leave Levine because your life sucked beyond belief. I didn’t search for you after you left, not like your Dad did—”
        Gale’s eyes flicked to hers.
“—And he did,” she said. “Until it left him dry. But I found you. I don’t usually believe in such things, but I think there’s a reason—”
        “—Ah, God—”
“—Not like that.” She tightened her fists until the gash on her palm twinged. “Don’t you think someone might miss him—that man we found? He must have a family, someone who wonders day after day where he is, and whether he’s safe, and why he left. I know what that’s like to wait and wait for someone who never comes home.”
        He stared at her.
“Someone needs to know he’s never coming home.”
        “Mer,” he said.
        “So I’m going back.”
        “No—”
“—Yes. I’m going back,” she said.
        “Meredith, no.”
A laugh broke from her, a low, bitter sound. “And you’re coming with me.”
Gale was up again. He shoved the table. “Why?” he said. “Why would I do that? Why would I go back to the Bible-Thumping, Proud-to-Be-Confederacy Capital of Texas. Why?”
        “Because you were there—”
“—Oh, I know what this is,” he said, stabbing a finger at her. “Miss Barbie Princess fell down and cracked her head. Found out you’re not so impenetrable in your Malibu Dream House?”
        She sputtered, speechless.
“That’s right, I know,” he said. “I read it all on Yahoo! News. Live-in girlfriend of Jerome fucking Snow.”
She pressed cold fingertips to her eyelids. “Oh no.”
Gale said, “He know you’re here?”
“No. He doesn’t.” She opened her eyes and re-focused. “This isn’t about him.”
Gale took the empty chair beside her. “Hey, if you’re running, I’ll run, too. Got nothing tying me here.”
        “I’m not running.”
“Really?” He traced the bandage on her forehead. “Mr. Playboy Billionaire do this?”
“I’m not running,” she said again. “Not from him.”
Gale looked as though he still had his doubts.
“You remember that summer?” she said. “All the stunts we pulled, all the trouble?”
His lips pulled into a lop-sided smile. “Spray-painting the trestle bridge—”
“—Getting caught sneaking out of my bedroom window—”
“—Lest we forget ramping my Dad’s Harley into the Levine Middle School Marquee,” Gale said. He rolled his shoulder at the memory. “Broke my arm—”
“—You’re lucky it wasn’t your neck.”
“And the shoplifting,” he said, grinning now. “From Two Sisters Christian Books. Guess I’m going to Hell for that one.”
        “You remember what you took?”
A muscle in his neck twitched. “Yeah, I remember.”
“You remember what you said when you gave it to me?”
He lowered his eyes. “I said so long as you wore it, I’d be with you,” he said. “I promised.”
Meredith pulled the platinum chain from under her camisole. The nautilus pendant swung between her face and his. “You promised.”
“Fuck,” he said and lit another cigarette. And Meredith knew, for better or worse, that Gale would follow her home.

Boundless Buddy: Victoria Kinnaird

Hey, everyone! Today, I’m here to present an interview I did with Victoria Kinnaird, the author of “Fake It.” Here are her responses:

How did you start your writing career?

I started writing when I was 15 and was fairly certain I wanted to be a writer. I was lucky enough to be accepted to a small programme at a local university that specialised in journalism and creative writing. I started writing the book that would go on to become my debut novel in 2008, while I was still studying. When I finished that book in 2013 (life kept getting in the way), I was in conversation with a few different publishers but I felt they weren’t really ready to publish a YA novel with a bisexual lead character and an all male teen love triangle. My friend Adam introduced me to Linna Drehmel who is published by CHBB and she helped me submit to CHBB. Now we’re 3 years in to a wonderful working relationship and I’m about to release my 4th novel!

Tell us about your current release.

“Fake It” is a bit of a departure for me, because I’ve strayed from my paranormal roots into contemporary romance. I’ve always wanted to write a book about musicians, because music has been such a big part of my life for so long. So really, “Fake It” is my love letter to rock and roll. It’s about kids who love music as much as I do and who find themselves through creating and sharing music.

Tell us about your next release.

After “Fake It”, I’m returning to the universe I created for my Red Sun Rises series. My next book will be “Jasper Hart: Shadow Killer”, which is a spin off novel based on one of the characters from the RSR books.

Has someone helped or mentored you in your writing career?

I’m very lucky to be part of the CHBB family. The owner of the company, Sarah, is one of the most generous, open minded and supportive people of all time. When I was pitching the first Red Sun Rises books to various publishers, there was a lot of interest but some companies were reluctant to take a risk on a YA paranormal romance that was led by a swearing, smoking, bisexual boy. Sarah didn’t bat an eye – or if she did, she hasn’t told me about it! Linna Drehmel was one of the first people to ever read The Red Sun Rises and of course, she pointed me in Sarah’s direction so she’s had a massive impact on me. Then you have Rue Volley, who’s the head of branding and cover design at CHBB. She’s been responsible for all of my book covers and is always pushing me to think bigger and be a better writer. When I told her I want my own Netflix Original series, she didn’t think that was crazy! I owe them all so much.

What is the hardest part of writing your books?

As stupid as it sounds, the hardest part for me is finding the time. I’ve never really struggled with plotting or characterisation, just getting me to sit still long enough to get some words down is the biggest issue!

What are your favorite TV shows?

I have really diverse taste when it comes to music, films and TV. Right now my favourite TV shows are: Daria, Sherlock, Breaking Bad, Mr Robot, Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Gossip Girl!

Character Interview: Joshua Suzuki

Hey, everyone! I had a character interview scheduled yesterday with Joshua Suzuki from the “The Son of Light” Book II, but he’s a drama queen, so it was delayed, but now, here he is!

Who do you have the hots for?

(Blushes) Ha! Ha! I’m not telling you. That’s between me and my brother.

Do you have any distinguishing features?

My hair is brown…well more like light brown. My eyes are turquoise, which according to my brother is usual. I think he’s just jealous.

What secret talents do you have?

Umm…I can do stuff with my feet like eat, write, and sometimes play my guitar. I used to gross my mom out during dinner, but it still made her laugh.

What is your motivation in life?

Well, it used to be getting out of my house, but now it’s to fight some demon lord guy. Now, I live underground with my brother. So right now, my motivation is just to make sense of my crazy life. As if being sixteen was hard enough, now this crap. Jesus. Oops! Don’t tell my bother I just swore. LOL

What would you tell your enemies?

What I would tell my enemies? Well, there’s this one guy here underground with us named Rebel and he’s a douche! I would tell him all kinds of things, but he’s crazy. He once tried to kill me right in my brother’s room for no reason. If I told him what I really thought about him…I could only imagine. I have no idea why my brother keeps him around.

What is something you can’t live without?

My brother, Nick. I was mad at him for a long time, but now I love him more than ever. He’s my hero.

What is something you hate about the world?

Wouldn’t really know much about it. I’ve been locked in the same house for ten years and now I live underground. I guess I hate that demon guy, Hexen. Nick told me that he’s the reason why the world is terrible.

What does your last name mean?

My name? Well, Suzuki was my father’s last name, but Nick hates talking about him and our mom never really talked about it either. Sorry, I wish I knew myself.

Chapter 1

The Naked Lady

Xiuhcoatl & Yolotli

It was the night of April 27th, 2018. A car sped down the street of Katella Ave in Anaheim California. Meanwhile, sprinting across the same street was a young man of nineteen with blue hair, gelled up like modern greaser. In his hand was a silver sword with dark blue edges, the hilt formed the face of a roaring, dark blue panther. He stopped to catch his breath as he examined his ripped and bloody shirt.

Ariel Rising

What’s the Book About?

My name is Ari Worthington and I’ve had a very eventful week. A life-changing week. The kind of week that would make the average person whimper
It started when my ex‐boyfriend Luke accosted me in the woods.
How badly was I injured? Not a scratch. And Luke? Not so lucky. Nope, I whupped him good. It surprised the heck out of me. And it probably surprised him, too—once he woke up.
And then I met Davin. Handsome, witty, amazing Davin. Perfect in every way, unless you think being an alien, from a planet called Olympus, might be a liability.
“Seriously? Your planet is named after a Greek mountain?” I ask him.
“Actually, it’s the other way around,” he tells me. “The mountain was named after us. We’ve been visiting Earth for a very, very long time. As a matter of fact, we are responsible for human evolution.”
So, ancient aliens are real? Yeah. But there’s more. Davin’s an angel, which I could have handled, would have handled, if only he hadn’t told me I was one, too.
“But we don’t have wings,” I say.
“Real angels don’t need wings,” he counters.
“Ah, that explains everything,” I reply.
So, you think this is just another angel story? Well, it’s not. It’s got humor, romance, adventure, science, tragedy, and… did I say romance? It’ll make you think, and laugh, and cry.
Davin and I, you see, are part of a larger plan. A noble plan. A plan to save the sons and daughters of man, or what’s left of them, after the war. A big war.
Okay, enough of my rambling. Davin and I need to get back to training. And you’ve got some reading to do, yeah?

Read for FREE with Kindle Unlimited!

Excerpt:
Davin and I walk to my house in silence. In my mind, I keep seeing our kiss, the expression on his face when he pulled away, how humiliated I felt.
“Well, thank you for seeing me home safely,” I say softly.
“Ari, can we talk?”
“I guess.” I nod toward the swing chair on the front porch. “Let’s sit. I’m really tired.”
I sit down and turn sideways, pulling my knees up to my chin. Davin sits down next to me, keeping as much distance between us as he can. “I hurt you,” he says.
“What makes you say that?”
“I have a well‐developed sense of perception.” He manages a thin smile.
“I had no right to kiss you like that, Davin. It was inappropriate. I mean, we’ve only known each other for two days. I don’t know what came over me. One minute I was looking into your eyes and the next thing I knew, I was kissing you…”
“And I kissed you back,” he finishes.
“Obviously. But the way you reacted…it was hurtful.”
“I didn’t mean…”
“It’s not your fault. I was the aggressor.”
“And I was an accessory to the crime.”
“Crime?”
“Perhaps that was a bad choice of words. The fact is, I could not let myself be distracted. We were in a vulnerable position and we were physically drained from the healing.”
His eyes look sad. Conflicted. Can this impossibly old Warrior simply be socially awkward?
“There are more tactful ways to end an ill‐timed kiss.”
“Ari,” he says softly, “In times of extreme stress, emotions cannot always be trusted.”
“Balderdash. So, you think I was looking for comfort? A quick kiss, a calming fix?” I practically spit the words out. He thinks I’m weak!
Davin shakes his head slowly. “That’s not what I think at all…” A smile slowly forms on his lips. “Balderdash? I like that word.”
I roll my eyes. “Tell me what you really think, Davin. I’m dying to know. Do you think I’m an emotional wreck?” I’m building up a head of steam. “Why did you kiss me back?”
“It’s complicated.”
“Bull! That’s a copout.”
“Ari…”
“If you want to help me…if you really want to keep me safe, you have to be honest with me. I kissed you because I like you, Davin. I’m attracted to you. Perhaps it’s a reaction to stress, but I need to deal with it, not run from it.” My tone softens as I continue. “I think you like me, too. In fact, I’m pretty damn sure of it.”
The look on his face tells me all I need to know, and I smile inside.
He sighs deeply and nods. “The truth is, I seem to be drawn to you like a moth to moonlight and I’m not sure I understand why. But if I am to keep you safe, I cannot afford to be distracted. Not now. Not yet. Not here.”
I don’t know how to respond, so I stare at him, like an idiot.

Boundless Buddy: L.E. Fitzpatrick + Trailer

Hey, blog buddies! My newest “Boundless Buddy” is L.E. Fitzpatrick – the author of The Running Game (its cover is enviable btw). Keep reading to see if she spills the beans!

What was the inspiration for “The Running Game?”
,qdnqds
I’m really interested in the dark side of Russian history and I got thinking about what it would take for that level of paranoia and corruption to hit Britain. Building on that idea I basically worked through the ways in which our society would collapse, pulling in more and more themes and ideas. Terrorism, famine, disease – all very chirpy ideas – above all I just wanted to create a story about people fighting for their own survival whatever the cost and trying to bridge the gap between right and wrong, good and bad.
s,qdnqds
What was your favorite part about writing “The Running Game?”
,qdnqds
My favorite part of The Running Game was undoubtedly the scenes with Roxy. In this book Roxy is a roguish character who upsets the dynamics of the rest of the characters. He’s flirtatious, outrageous and utterly self-absorbed. His interactions with John are great fun to write, but he also amps up the dark humor in the story and offers a little break from some of the bleaker scenes.
,qdnqds
What scared you while writing your book?
,qdnqds
Consistency. I’m a perfectionist and the plot of this story is so intricate it was a constant source of stress and worry from me while writing and editing the novel.
,qdnqds
What advice do you have for aspiring writers?
,qdnqds
Write a story you would love to read, so many authors try to write for an audience or a market and you can feel their passion isn’t behind their work. It doesn’t matter if you love reading something unpopular or obscure, if you love it and have faith in it so will your readers.

What advice do you have for bloggers and authors trying to expand their online presence?

I’m feeling slightly hypocritical (she’s so thoughtful) in answering this question, because I’m by no means a master of social media, but I’ve learned two things that are important. Give advice and take advice wherever you can. The best things that happened to me throughout my writing career have been because I have discussed my work and other writer’s work online, making connections, sharing ideas and even forming groups. You can’t put a price on good connections and there is such a great community out there, if you can find like minded people, keep them close, support them and they will always have your back.
,qdnqds

Which book do you wish you would’ve written?
 ,qdnqds
If I could have written one book it would Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell by Susana Clarke. In my opinion it is probably one of the most well crafted, well thought out fantasy novels I have ever read.
 ,qdnqds
What is something none (or very few) of your readers know about you?
 ,qdnqds
I also work as an editor with lots of other authors covering a wide range of genres (Multifaceted AND multi-talented…she puts us all to shame).
 ,qdnqds
What is the biggest lie you’ve told?
 ,qdnqds
I didn’t kill him officer – only kidding (Lol she’s hilarious). I’m actually a terrible liar when it comes to things I’ve done, normally I cave straight away.
 ,qdnqds
What is your favorite TV show?
 ,qdnqds
Firefly. Bring it back. (Also bring back Deadwood too while you’re at it).
 ,qdnqds
Which authors have inspired you the most?
 ,qdnqds
The biggest author I fangirl over is John Connolly. I buy everything I can of his, follow his every word and may or may not have some form of shrine dedicated to him in my cupboard. Seriously though, his Charlie Parker novels are the most intensely scary and disturbing books I have ever read and if I can make one person feel about my work, the way I feel about his, I’ll be very happy.

Author Biography

L E Fitzpatrick is a writer of dark adventure stories and thrillers. Under the watchful eye of her beloved rescue Staffordshire Bull Terrier, she leaps from trains and climbs down buildings, all from the front room of a tiny cottage in the middle of the Welsh countryside.

Inspired by cult film and TV, L E Fitzpatrick’s fiction is a collection of twisted worlds and realities, broken characters, and high action. She enjoys pushing the boundaries of her imagination and creating hugely entertaining stories.

Poetry: Winter Things

WinterThings

Snow falls on my lashes
Melts to frigid water
And blends with teardrops
I catch in my hand

The cold never clears
Hanging in the air
Like lifeless clouds
Lifeless souls

Stars punch through
A crumbling sky
Sprinkled with powdered sugar
And iced with frost

Goosebumps raise on my arm
But I do not shiver
I hold my ground
I let the snow fall on me

I sing on winter nights
Voice warbling, echoing,
Trembling
Faux vibrato at its finest

I catch snowflakes
On my tongue
Like dreams
I chase without rest, sleep

I lie down on the ground
Flail my arms, move my legs
To trick myself into creating angels
That will never exist

You will lead me into the light
Bask in the sun, take me home
But I’ll never stop doing, loving
My winter things

Approximate completion time: three minutes. Hope you liked it!

Best Wishes,
Shouryaman

Boundless Buddy: Skyler Patterson

Hey, everyone! Recently, I had the pleasure of interviewing Skyler Patterson, the author of The Last Kraken. He’s hilarious (and talkative in a good way lol), so make sure you aren’t eating anything right now or you’ll choke 😛 Anyway, here it is:

Q: What was the inspiration for your The Last Kraken?

A: My inspiration for The Last Kraken happened before I even decided to become a writer. I had watched Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest. There was that scene where the Kraken destroyed a ship. I was like WOW! Why doesn’t someone do something with that creature. And then I thought nothing of it again. I wasn’t even thinking about writing, or becoming an author or anything like that at that time.

Q: When did you start writing?

A: I started writing in 2013. I had started to read books. I read George RR Martins Game Of Thrones. When I read them all the clerk in the book store said, “Get ready to wait 6 years for another one!” LIFE IS TOO SHORT! I could not believe that. I was like WHO IS HE? And then I researched who he was. WOW! When I saw that an awesome writer like that could disappear for 6 years that could leave something on the table (crumbs). Something for maybe…ME? It was crazy what I did. I felt that instead of waiting for someone to write a book that I love, I should try writing my own! I am willing to try anything once. So I did decide to become a writer. Then the question What to write? I decided to attempt to write a swords and sorcery epic. The Book Of Swords (Amazon/Draft2Digital ) That proved difficult. I stopped writing it. While I waited for the writer’s block to depart, I remembered that Kraken from that film. I however have had NO training in how to write creatively. NONE! When I told friends and family of my plans THEY ALL LAUGHED! Now, I am from NEW YORK USA. However I love all things that are from England and Europe. I decided to write my tale in a UK England type of style. I decided to place the tale in England in the old days (1800’s) I did some research on whaling. And then In Sept 2013 i began to write this book. When I was a few chapters in I brought the chapter “The Kraken Inn” to my school teacher (English Lit) sister. I sat down and read that chapter. Everyone was laughing beforehand. “WHY TRY THIS? YOU HAVE NO DEGREE? LET’S HAVE A

GOOD LAUGH!” I read that chapter and ALL FOLLY CEASED! “HOW THE HECK?! WOW! TAKE IT TO SMASHWORDS!!” she said. By Thanksgiving the book was done! I still can’t believe that my first book can be what this book is. I have been in health care for years working with mentally disabled individuals. It requires thousands of hours writing documenting. Now I am writing books!

Q: When did you know that you wanted to be a writer?

A: When I was writing The Last Kraken I knew that this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I love creating stories and characters. I love fantasy fiction!

Q: What scared you the most while writing The Last Kraken?

A: EVERYTHING! I asked myself what if I cannot come up with good ideas to finish this epic story. What if people do not like it? Am I not crazy for attempting this?

Q: What advice do you have for aspiring writers?

A: Yes. Do not be afraid to be bold. Always go with your instinct. When I decided to write a love story friends and family said: YOU ARE CRAZY! The kraken book/Book Of Swords are all action. What makes YOU think that YOU can write a romance? I wrote Revenge Of The Wolf /Romance/action/horror and got FOUR STARS REVIEWS/SALES and fans! Never let ANYONE tell you what you cannot do!

Q: What advice do you have for authors looking to expand their online presence?

A: Take full advantage of Facebook, Twitter, Author pages and book blogs. And take advantage of great book tours like ENCHANTED! They will allow you to concentrate on writing books while they promote your work! The web will follow you if you are consistent and putting out good material.

Q: What secret talents do you have?

A: It may not be a secret anymore due to this book. I can write poetry, and I can write decent songs! I have included both in this book!

Q: What is something none (or very few) of your readers know about you?

A: I was in a singing group way back in the 1980s . “Pretty boys “we put out an album and toured Germany not sell well . we broke up! Nobody knows that! But you now!

Q: If you were a superhero what would your name and power be?

A: Wow! Don’t get me started! I love comics and heroes. I would call myself “Shadowbane.” I would have the powers to camouflage myself and possess some levels of telekenisis! Hmmmm… sounds like a book?

Q: Is there one topic that you will not write about?

Q: What topic would you never write about?

A: I would have to say there is no topic that I would not write about. I feel that there could be a story lurking inside of every topic.

Q: What book do you wish you would have written?

A: That is easy – Bram Stokers’ Dracula!

Q:  What is the biggest lie you ever told.

A: Okay once I told this beautiful woman that I was dating that I was a famous recording producer! I told her she should be in a documentary I was making. It was a joke! The poor woman took time off from her job, she purchased a lot of clothes and spent money on an expensive hairdo! When I told her it was a joke she almost broke up with me! Ha! I should not have done that!

There you have it! That story about his girlfriend is PRICELESS! If you want to find out more about The Last Kraken, visit some of these amazing bloggers:

How did I become a writer? My story could be a book of itself. My journey is as daunting as it is impossible. Yet it is all truth! I have been working in health care for many years. It was when i decided to read books on my way to work that i stumbled upon the possibility of writing. How did it happen? I take the train to get to my job in N.Y.. I had become bored with reading the daily newspapers .It was then that i decided to read a book instead. Mind you, I had not read a book in years! I proceeded to read books by J.R. Tolkien, Anne Rice, Bram Stoker, and George R.R. Martin. I found those books sooo cool! I love fantasy fiction. It was when i became addicted to a certain series; that it happened. I read every book from that series and when i asked the book store clerk when there would be more the man gave me terrible news. “Ha, that guy puts out a book every five, six years. “WHAT?! LIFE IS TOO SHORT”! I could not believe that. It was then that i began to wonder what if i (yes me) could write a book myself. This was a joke to me until i came up in minutes with a plot for a fantasy fiction tale. HOW did i do that!? The plot was way TOO COOL to just do nothing with. And i will not lie. I made every type of mistake one could make in learning how to write. I have had no formal training and i successfully dropped out of college, years ago! (Please do not do this! It did not go well!)That first idea became THE BOOK OF SWORDS, a medieval styled swords and sorcery epic. (Draft2Digital) That book gave me many headaches, before i figured out how to write it!(great e book that it is) So i took a break and wrote: THE LAST KRAKEN,(The complete version on Draft2Digital/Smashwords/iTunes,Only) a tale of a giant, leviathan squid running amok, in the 1800’s England. It was when i was writing that book that i began to realize that i had somehow in only a little more than a year (2013)became an author. I finished that first book. I then proceeded to test a chapter of it on my extra –smart‐school teacher sister Carol. My sister invited me over to hear my tale. My sister did not disappoint me. She gave me many words of encouragement: “Let’s all have a good laugh”! were her words! I read her a chapter. After i read that chapter my sister began to stutter and jaws were dropping everywhere! “HOW IN THE HELL”?! were her words! And then i began to write another book called REVENGE OF THE WOLF. When my friends heard i was attempting this task they said: “You are crazy! All of your books (so far) are about action! What do you know about romance books”?! Who would do what i did?! It was crazy! I decided to become a writer not knowing if i could even do it! I who had never wrote any type of romance before did write that book! And what happened?! Four star reviews! And accolades and something i never had before: FANS! AND SALES! (Enchanted helped!)I can still remember when i was writing REVENGE OF THE WOLF (Draft2Digital/Smashwords/ Apple I‐tunes) when i passed my laptop to a girl i was dating and asked her to read an emotional turning point of this Paranormal/romance/action/horror story. As she was reading it; i was in awe as the woman slowly began to cry! I then spent the rest of that year writing many books. And here i am! I am in this for the long haul. I am now an author and somehow a poet/songwriter. I will now do my best to write many stories that all occur in different settings, worlds and time periods. All will contain my signature of fantasy fiction, Epic action and romance! “My impossible journey just goes to show that one can never truly know what they are capable of; until they give it that one good try! Never let ANYONE tell you what you cannot do! I can be found on Goodreads Author page/Smashwords author page/Facebook Author page. I love to hear from my fans! What’s next?! Romance/Action :REVENGE OF THE WOLF2 (New Series) YA:THE WARPATH OF LOVE, THE BOOK OF SWORDS 2,THE BRAVE CRAB, “211” And many more! I can truly say I LOVE WRITING.‐‐‐SKYLER PATTERSON
